Platonik: Mavi Dolunay Otel premieres on Netflix September 18!
Netflix is set to launch its brand-new Turkish original series Platonik: Mavi Dolunay Otel on September 18, premiering simultaneously worldwide. Written by Gupse Özay, the romantic comedy drama stars Kerem Bürsin and Öykü Karayel in leading roles, alongside Özay herself.
A Star-Studded Launch in Çeşme
The series was introduced with a glamorous launch event in Çeşme, welcoming prominent names from the worlds of art and entertainment. The program, inspired by the show’s storyline, featured colorful experiences and concluded with a celebratory dinner at Tarla Alaçatı. Set in the picturesque town of Alaçatı, the story follows a modest boutique hotel run by a mother and her two daughters. Its prime location attracts investors, including a charming businessman who is determined to acquire the property despite the mother’s refusal to sell. Disguised under a new identity, he checks into the hotel, unintentionally winning the hearts of both daughters. While one believes she has finally found her soulmate, the other is convinced that fate has brought her true love. This romantic entanglement sets the stage for comedy, drama, and heartfelt moments.
