Tuba Büyüküstün was born on July 5, 1982 in Istanbul.His maternal side is a Crimean immigrant and his father’s side is a Cretan immigrant. She was an introverted, quiet, shy and never spoken.Growing up as the child of a working mother and father taught him to take responsibility at an early age.
Tuba Büyüküstün graduated from Istanbul Private Doğuş Schools and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Stage Decorations and Costume Design. On the day he went to enroll in Mimar Sinan, there was a catalog shoot at school.Cemil Ağacıkoğlu took the photos. As he walked around the school, he came up to him and said he wanted to take pictures of himself. While studying at university, she acted in commercials. After graduating from university, she started acting thanks to director Tomris Giritlioğlu.
She started acting in the last 4 episodes of the series Sultan Makamı directed by Aydın Bulut and broadcast on Kanal D in 2003. She made a name for herself by playing the character of Zarife in the series Çemberimde Gül Oya, directed by Çağan Irmak and broadcast on Kanal D in 2004.
