Shooting of the Yangın Günleri Independenta series has started!

The shooting of TRT Digital’s ambitious production “Yangın Günleri Independenta”, produced by Milim Sanat has begun. Ömer Faruk Sorak is the director of the series, which started shooting yesterday. Fikret Kuşkan, İlker Aksum, Bora Akkaş, Selin Genç, Deniz Özerman, Burak Satıbol, Gökhan Yıkılkan, Ecem Karavus and Nevra Serezli take part in the strong cast of the series, which is a term project.

The series, which draws attention with its impressive subject, takes place in 1979-1980 Turkey, which is in poverty. The story begins in November 1979 in Istanbul, where the right-left conflict has increased and internal and external forces have turned it into a place of fire. The Independenta tanker, which collided with a ship coming from the opposite direction and exploded disastrously while passing through the cool waters of the Bosphorus with tens of thousands of tons of crude oil, marks the end and the beginning of an era.

Master actor Fikret Kuşkan will appear before the audience with the role of Camcı Ali in the 8-episode Yangın Günleri Independenta (Fire Days Independenta) which will be broadcast on Trt Digital screens.
