Can Yaman’s Sandokan series goes on set on April 22!
The shooting of the long-awaited new series “Sandokan” starring Can Yaman continues.
Successful actor Can Yaman’s rise in his acting career continues in Italy. After shooting the 2nd season of the detective series Viola Come il Mare, Can Yaman will now be on the set for the TV series Sandokan on April 22.
The handsome man, who had been in the camp for the series for months, lost 10 kilos with diet and hard training twice a day. Can Yaman, who took fighting, sword and dance lessons, also worked for long hours on the script with his dialogue coach.
Can Yaman, who speaks Italian like his native language, will play the lead role in English twice in “Sandokan” after El Turco. An episode of the series, directed by Jan Maria Michelini and set in the 1800s, will take place in Rome.
Most of the sea scenes will be shot in Naples, and Madagascar will also be visited for the series. Sandokan’s construction is planned to be completed at the end of August.
