Show TV is preparing to bring viewers a brand-new series with deep emotions, generational conflicts, and a gripping love story at its heart. Produced by Süreç Film, with script supervision and direction by the acclaimed Yağız Alp Akaydın, the series Bereketli Topraklar (Fertile Lands) promises to be one of the season’s most anticipated premieres. The script is penned by Hasan Tolga Pulat, Ozan Ağaç, and Seçil Çömlekçi.

A Story Rooted in Adana’s Legacy
Set in Adana, one of Turkey’s most historic and culturally rich regions, Bereketli Topraklar draws inspiration from the city’s agricultural heritage and long-standing family traditions. Known as the “fertile crescent” of Turkey, Adana has always been a land of abundance but also of rivalry. The series captures this duality by bringing two powerful families into conflict: the Bereketoğlus and the Karahanlıs.
At the center of the story are Salih Bereketoğlu (Yiğit Koçak) and Fatma Karahanlı (İlayda Akdoğan), who are brought together by a marriage of necessity rather than choice. Salih, quiet and peace-loving, finds himself paired with Fatma, strong-willed and uncompromising. Their union, meant to calm family tensions, instead opens a new chapter of emotional turmoil and inner battles.
