The Ignorant Angels series starring Burak Deniz met with the audience on Disney Plus

The new series of the famous actor Burak Deniz, who had a big break with the character of “Maraşlı Celal” in the Maraşlı TV series last season, started to be broadcast on Disney Plus. The serial adaptation of “Le Fate Ignoranti“, also known as The Ignorant Angels, which is the third film of Ferzan Özpetek’s career, came to the screen on April 13.

The Ignorant Angels series which is a romantic drama, is about the adventures of Antonia, who learns that her husband had relationships with other men before he died in a car accident. Antonia leads strange lives while investigating her husband’s past.

Antonia discovers that she is having an affair with a man named Michele after her husband’s death. At first devastated by the news, she finds herself building an unexpected friendship with this man she had never heard of. They both learn to know each other, to accept each other, to understand each other. Antonia thus discovers her husband’s other family made up of friends with unusual lifestyles and different sexual identities.

The Ignorant Angels series which was inspired by the movie Cahil Periler, which was directed by Ferzan Özpetek many years ago and made a great impression at the time it was published, consists of eight episodes. Burak Deniz plays a photographer named Asaf in the series. Serra Yılmaz gives life to a character named “Serra” in the series.

Burak Deniz, Cristiana Capotondi, Eduardo Scarpetta, Luca Argentero and Serra Yılmaz play the leading roles in the project that brings drama and romance together.
