Şahmaran broke a record with more than 50 million hours of watch time on Netflix!

Sharing the weekly viewing rates at https://top10.netflix.com/, Netflix also published the data of January 23-29, 2023. Sahmaran which went on the air on January 20, reached 17,030,000 hours of viewing in its first 3 days.

With this success, the series entered the “Non-English Language Series” list on Netflix at number five. Increasing its watch rate to 34 million hours in its second week, Şahmaran rose to the second place in the list.

Thus, the series broke the record by reaching the highest number of weekly views among Netflix’s domestic series. The weekly watch record was previously in the Olive Tree series with 31.2 million hours. Sahmaran’s 10-day total viewing reached 51 million hours and passed the 50 million hour limit. Sahmaran series, starring Serenay Sarıkaya, Burak Deniz and Mert Ramazan Demir, entered the Top 10 in 53 countries last week.
