Ratings struggles bring early finale for Delikanli series!
Turkish TV drama Delikanli is set to end earlier than expected, with the series reportedly wrapping up at episode seven.
The show, which aired on Monday nights on Show TV, starred Mert Ramazan Demir, Melis Sezen, Salih Bademci and Mina Demirtaş in leading roles. Despite attracting attention with its cast and large-scale production, the series will reportedly conclude with its seventh episode.
Director Zeynep Günay, who helmed the project during its early episodes, handed over directing duties after episode five. The series was written by Aybike Ertürk, and filming for episode six is currently underway.
With a reported budget of 32 million TL, Delikanli was considered one of the most expensive Turkish television productions of recent years.
