Olgun Toker surprises those who see him with his new physique!
Olgun Toker, known for his standout performances, continues to shine in every project he takes on. He captivates audiences with his portrayal of Karategin in TRT1’s historical drama Kudüs Fatihi Selahaddin Eyyubi and Serdar in Netflix’s crime thriller Mezarlık. With his remarkable acting skills and a striking physical transformation, Toker has been making waves in the industry. Hailing from Adana, a city renowned for its rich culinary culture, Toker emphasized his deep appreciation for good food. However, achieving his new physique required immense dedication. “People always look for shortcuts, but there aren’t any,” he explained. “Walking helped me a lot. Over time, I increased the pace and started running.” He also recalled the drastic physical changes he went through for different roles: “While filming Güzel Günler, I gained a significant amount of weight, going over 90 kilos. But when Mezarlık came along and I was cast as a police officer, I knew I had to transform myself. Through regular exercise, a healthy diet, and disciplined sleep habits, I completely changed my body.”
His commitment to his craft and ability to adapt physically for his roles continue to impress audiences, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and dedicated actor.
