Synopsis of the Not a Stranger series is as follows;

Funda, played by Elçin Sangu, is a woman trying to reclaim her identity as an artist after becoming a mother. Determined to return to painting and focus on her career again, she begins searching for the right nanny for her baby.
She meets Nazlı at a swimming pool while spending time with her daughter. After interviewing several candidates, Funda eventually hires Nazlı, who quickly forms a strong bond with the child.
What seems like a practical decision meant to make her life easier soon becomes the beginning of a profound change. Without realizing it, Funda opens the door to a relationship that will test her marriage, her trust, and everything she believed to be secure in her life.
Melis Sezen as Nazlı
Nazlı, played by Melis Sezen, is the mysterious nanny hired by Funda. Although she first enters the household as an outsider, her presence gradually begins to disrupt the family’s balance and change the dynamics inside the home.
Her tense and increasingly dangerous closeness with İlker becomes one of the key elements driving the series’ dark psychological conflict. As Nazlı grows more deeply involved in the family’s life, the line between trust, desire, and manipulation begins to blur.
Ozan Dolunay as İlker
İlker, played by Ozan Dolunay, is Funda’s husband. When Nazlı enters their home as a nanny, İlker finds himself caught between his marriage and a dangerous attraction that gradually unsettles the life he has built with Funda.
His growing closeness with Nazlı places him at the center of the series’ conflict, turning his story into a test of loyalty, desire, and responsibility. Cemal Hünal as Kemal
