Salih Bademci has chosen his new project!
Salih Bademci last played the character of Mustafa Yılmaz in Dilek Taşı, a period series starring Hazal Subaşı and Ozan Dolunay. The successful actor’s project in the new season was eagerly awaited, especially by his fans.
Salih Bademci received an offer for Raif Efendi, the lead character of the German and Turkish co-production Madonna with a Fur Coat (Kürk Mantolu Madonna) film. The film Madonna with a Fur Coat (Kürk Mantolu Madonna) is already eagerly awaited.
It was learnt that Bademci, who liked the script of the film written by Mert Dikmen and directed by Enes Ateş, was at the signing stage. The film, which will be shot in partnership with Fikri Harika Production, Tme Films and the German production company CAB Film, which recently signed the Grimme award-winning Netflix original series German Genius, is scheduled to hit the set in December.
The 10-month preparation process of the film is about to end and it is not yet clear who will be the leading female star of the film. Set in 1920 Germany and 1940 Turkey, the German scenes of the film will be shot in Babelsberg Studio.
The film is based on the book The Madonna with a Fur Coat (Kürk Mantolu Madonna), which was published in 1943 and is one of the most valuable works of Turkish literature, and a very touching love story will be brought to the big screen.
