In a groundbreaking move for Turkish television, Sakıncalı will make its world premiere in Venice on Sunday, October 12, just one day before the prestigious MIPCOM television market begins in Cannes. The event will be hosted by Global Agency, which is handling the series’ international distribution, and marks the first time a Turkish drama will be unveiled with such a high-profile international event.
The exclusive launch will welcome top figures from the global television industry, with over 30 countries represented. Guests from Cannes will be flown to Venice by private jets, and even the invitations — designed with cinematic flair — have already created buzz in media circles.
Among those attending are lead actors Özge Özpirinççi and Salih Bademci, Gold Film founder Faruk Turgut, senior executives from NOW TV, and international buyers and distributors from across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
