His father is from Tunceli and his mother is from Malatya. He was born in Istanbul as a child of a family from Tunceli. Playing has been his favorite thing in his life since he was a child. His parents retired from the accounting profession. They were three siblings, but he lost his big brother to a heart attack at the age of 47. He has one sister left behind.

He had nothing to do with acting when he was younger. While studying business administration at university in Nevşehir, he had little to do with school.
