Netflix Turkey’s new film Gönül’s promotional video and poster have been released.The film by BKM signatures will meet the audience on August 10.
God created humans. The people got bored and he created the Dom’s, a nomadic community with various abilities. Pyro is one of them. Piroz, who plays the violin, travels from village to village with his brothers, playing and singing at weddings and funerals. Before a wedding, Piroz falls in love with his bride named Sümbül. Sümbül falls in love with Piroz at first sight. They begin to sing together the same song that they think only they know. The wedding ends with a tragic fight between the two families.
Sümbül is now an unwanted bride and must be killed. When Piroz fights to protect the one he loves, his villagers become his biggest supporters. Piroz, who kidnapped Sümbül, takes him to his nomadic village. Sümbül’s family does not accept this situation and takes up arms and goes after him. Piroz is determined not to give up. His father, Mirze, who had similar problems in his time, wholeheartedly supports Piroz. When Seymen Ağa was about to capture Piroz and Sümbül, the villagers took all their belongings with them and crossed a big river and carried the whole village to a far place. Mirze, who is sure that his son will live happily with the woman he loves, stays behind and resists the bad guys with his violin and sharp tongue.
Erkan Kolçak Köstendil, Hazar Ergüçlü, Bülent Emin Yarar, Ali Seçkiner Alici, Selim Bayraktar, Şevval Sam, Asiye Dinçsoy, Nazmi Kırık and Ferit Kaya take part in the cast of Gönül, whose script was written and directed by Soner Caner.
